Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Client Advisory & Sales
Modern tax firm specialising in crypto tax law is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) with strong communication skills to advise and look after our enquirers.
Your responsibilities
- Selling our tax advisory services to prospects who approach us – no cold calling
- Conducting free initial consultations (approx. 15 minutes) and returning calls on enquiries received by email or contact form
- Clarifying needs and explaining our range of services clearly to enquirers
- Carefully documenting all conversations and contact histories
- Following up and maintaining contact until the engagement is signed (callbacks, answering simple questions relating to the quote)
- Looking after a large number of enquirers in parallel while keeping a good overview and setting priorities
- Handling emotionally charged conversations with confidence
Your profile
- Experience in sales or telephone-based client advisory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in conducting difficult and emotionally charged conversations
- No prior tax knowledge required – important: this position does not involve providing tax advice
- Prior knowledge of cryptocurrencies an advantage, but not a requirement
- Independent, structured way of working, even with a high volume of calls
- Enjoy working with people and explaining our services

Modern tax firm specialising in crypto tax law is looking for a committed tax advisor (Steuerberater) to advise clients in the digital finance sector.
Your responsibilities
- Planning, creating and publishing content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Shooting reels, videos & stories (on site & remotely)
- Developing new content formats (short-form, hooks, series formats)
- Analysing performance data (views, retention, conversions)
- Identifying trends & viral topics
- Building and maintaining partnerships (e.g. influencers, partners, platforms)
- Further developing our social media strategy
Your profile
- Experience in social media marketing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn)
- A feel for viral content & storytelling
- Confidence with video content (an iPhone is enough – but you know how to produce content)
- Analytical thinking (you understand why content works – or doesn’t)
- Independent way of working & high quality standards
- Interest in digital topics (crypto, finance, creator economy an advantage)

Your responsibilities
- Preparing crypto reports by collecting and processing data
- Using software tools such as CoinTracking and Koinly
- Communicating with clients to clarify open questions
- Taking on further blockchain analysis tasks if interested
Your profile
- General understanding of cryptocurrencies
- Knowledge of common crypto exchanges, platforms and trading mechanisms
- Experience with CoinTracking.info (having done your own tracking)
- No tax knowledge required
- Also suitable for students
Nice to have
- Own crypto investments with DeFi experience
